The international delivery is offered from 80€ of purchase on our website.

For a product in stock, the delivery time varies between 3 to 5 days. In Italy and in the European Union, taxes and customs fees are included in the price of your order.

In the United Kingdom, we collect the VAT for all purchases under 150€. For purchases above 150€, taxes and customs fees are not included.

Outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees are not included.

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please go to our contact page and fill out the relevant form. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying MONS Watches about their decision to return the items.

The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch, and non-observance of the directions provided by MONS Watches.
