Returns
We want you to love your MONS watch. If for any reason you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.
Conditions
To be eligible, your watch must be returned unworn and in its original packaging, with all protective films intact. Items showing signs of wear or missing their original packaging cannot be accepted for a full refund.
How to return
Simply reach out through our Contact page and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Full refunds are issued for watches returned in new condition. If signs of use are detected, a partial refund may apply. You will hear from us within 14 days of receiving the return.
Warranty
Every MONS watch is backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. If something is wrong with your watch, we will make it right.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use, including movement issues, defective materials, and assembly errors.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use.
